MARTINE CROWTHER, CPA

Martine Crowther received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, HAAS School of Business in 1984 with an emphasis in accounting and finance. She then joined Price Waterhouse Coopers (formerly Price Waterhouse) where she worked in the tax department while accumulating her mandatory hours in the audit department towards earning her CPA. In 1989, Martine left Price Waterhouse to form her own practice. Since 1989 Martine has been the sole proprietor of her own CPA firm focusing on accounting that she is keenly interested in, including providing services to small businesses, estates and trusts and nonprofit organizations including 501(C)(3) organizations and homeowner and community associations. Martine has served on local school Boards as well as other nonprofits in Marin County. She also serves as a consultant to a local nonprofit organization that provides a range of programs, services and information to nonprofits in her community.

Martine and her husband Patrick have raised three daughters in Marin County. They both share a passion for youth sports and the local community and are involved in supporting their daughters’ scholastic and athletic endeavors.

LYNETTE A MARTIN

Lynette has been working with Martine since October 1993. Prior to working in tax administration Lynette worked for an attorney in Point Reyes Station where she moved in 1985.

Before moving to California Lynette lived in Fairbanks, Alaska where she spent more than 10 years working in the administrative offices in accounting for the North Star Borough School District.
